Jeff Frankart

Ret. Major, PT

Jeff Frankart founded NFI with a mission shaped by decades of service, sacrifice, clinical experience, and direct work with some of the most complex injuries imaginable. As a retired U.S. Army Physical Therapist, Jeff served for 30 years, including 12 years overseas in combat-related environments. His work focused on traumatic brain injury, burns, polytrauma, and severe combat-related injuries. During that time, Jeff was tasked with what often felt like an insurmountable challenge: helping injured soldiers recover, rebuild, and return to combat-ready function. In those environments, there was no room for guesswork. Progress had to be intentional, measurable, and grounded in what the body and brain could adapt to under extreme conditions. Many medical advances come out of necessity. NFI was built from that same reality. For more than 10 years, Jeff worked directly with combat-injured troops, studying how to sequence exercises, build safe maximum output, and apply neuroplasticity-based training to support recovery, performance, and resilience. He also reached out to thought leaders around the world to help shape, test, and refine the system.

This program is 15 years in the making.

NFI was created to bring that knowledge, structure, and hard-earned experience into your toolbox — so students can learn a system built on service, discipline, recovery, performance, and purpose.

NFI exists to help students build strength, confidence, resilience, and the tools to move forward.
